- Roasted red peppers (jarred, drained)1/2 cup
- Tahini1/4 cup
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Garlic clove1
- Olive oil2 tbsp (plus more for serving)
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Cumin (ground)1/4 tsp
- Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)1 tsp

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

In a food processor, combine tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Process until smooth.

Add the drained roasted red peppers, chickpeas, cumin, and olive oil to the food processor.

Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a tablespoon of water if it's too thick.
