  • Roasted red peppers (jarred, drained)1/2 cup
  • Tahini1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice2 tbsp
  • Garlic clove1
  • Olive oil2 tbsp (plus more for serving)
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Cumin (ground)1/4 tsp
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)1 tsp

    In a food processor, combine tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Process until smooth.

    Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a tablespoon of water if it's too thick.
