- Cooked chicken (rotisserie or pre-cooked)150 g

- Nori seaweed sheets1

Heat the broth: In a saucepan, heat the chicken broth. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Cook the noodles: While the broth heats, cook ramen noodles in a separate pot according to package directions. Drain well.

Assemble the ramen: Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles. Top with shredded chicken, sliced scallions, and a piece of nori. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
