In a separate bowl, whisk the tahini paste until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

Slowly pour the hot syrup into the tahini paste while whisking continuously until well combined and the mixture thickens.

Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.

Divide the tahini mixture into two portions. Pour the melted chocolate into one portion and mix until fully incorporated.

Layer spoonfuls of the plain tahini mixture and the chocolate tahini mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or serving dish.

Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the two mixtures together, creating a marbled effect.

Press down firmly and evenly. Let it cool completely at room temperature for at least 2-3 hours, or refrigerate for faster setting.
