- Pre-cooked chicken (rotisserie or leftover)300g
- Chicken broth (store-bought)1.5 liters
- Carrots1 medium
- Frozen peas1/2 cup
- Fine noodles (фиде)75g
- Eggs1 large
- Lemon1/2
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh parsleyfor garnish

Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot.

Finely dice the carrot and add it to the boiling broth. Cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.

Add the fine noodles (фиде) and frozen peas. Cook according to noodle package directions (usually 5-7 minutes).

Shred the pre-cooked chicken and add it to the soup.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg and lemon juice. Slowly stir in about 1/2 cup of hot broth to temper the egg.

Pour the tempered egg mixture into the soup, stirring constantly. Heat gently but do not boil.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley.
