- Canned pumpkin puree800g
- Vegetable broth750 ml
- Heavy cream50 ml
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Ginger powder1/4 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Olive oil (for garnish)1 tbsp

In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat and let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream. Heat through for another 2-3 minutes, but do not boil.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender. If using a regular blender, return the soup to the saucepan.
