  • Vegetable broth1 liter
  • Onion1/2 medium
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Vermicelli noodles75 g
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Fresh basilfor garnish

    Finely chop the onion and garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
