- Fillet of white fish (e.g., cod, tilapia)400g
- Onion1 small
- Carrots1 medium
- Frozen peas1/2 cup
- Fish broth or water1.2 liters
- Fresh parsley1/4 cup, chopped
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the onion and dice the carrot.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, about 3 minutes.

Add the diced carrot and sauté for 2 minutes.

Pour in the fish broth or water. Bring to a boil.

Add the fish pieces and frozen peas. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and peas are tender.
