Crumble the sirene cheese into small pieces.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with water, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Stir in most of the crumbled sirene cheese, reserving a little for garnish.

Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the hot skillet.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set. Gently lift the edges and tilt the pan to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.
