- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- All-purpose flour2 tbsp
- Chicken broth1.5 cups
- Heavy cream1/2 cup
- Frozen peas and carrots1 cup
- Lemon juice1 tsp
- Fresh chives, chopped1 tbsp
