- Heavy cream200ml
- Dry white wine100ml
- Butter30g
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Onion1/2 medium, finely chopped
- Chicken broth50ml
- Lemon zest1 tsp
- Thyme1 tsp, fresh or dried
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Olive oil1 tbsp

Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken cubes until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in white wine and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer and reduce by half.

Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sauce thickens.

Return chicken to the skillet. Add lemon zest and thyme. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
