- Sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed)50g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Heavy cream150ml

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Mince garlic. Drain and chop sun-dried tomatoes. Crumble feta cheese.

Wash spinach thoroughly.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Return chicken to the skillet. Stir in heavy cream and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
