Ingredients
- Ground beef1 lb
- Ground pork1 lb
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Eggs2 large
- Onion, finely chopped1 medium
- Green bell pepper, finely chopped1/2 medium
- Milk1/2 cup
- Ketchup1/2 cup, plus more for glaze
- Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, milk, 1/2 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup ketchup with 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce for the glaze. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
