- Butter3 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Fresh Parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Fresh Chives1 tbsp, chopped

Pat the pork chops dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 145°F/63°C). Remove chops from skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and melt. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Stir in chopped parsley and chives. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper.
