- Ketchup1/2 cup
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Brown sugar1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Brioche buns4
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Sour creamfor garnish
- Cilantrofor garnish

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped bell pepper, minced jalapeño (if using), and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in chili powder and cumin, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
