- Large shrimp, peeled and deveined1.5 lbs
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Garlic, minced4 cloves
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Dried oregano1 tsp
- Red pepper flakes1/4 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)2 tbsp
- Lemon wedges (for serving)1

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers. Discard any excess marinade.
