Ingredients
- White bread3 slices
- Roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced4 oz
- Crispy cooked bacon strips3-4 strips
- Iceberg lettuce, leaves2 leaves
- Ripe tomato, sliced2 slices
- Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Toast the three slices of white bread until golden brown.

Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each toasted bread slice.

On the first slice of bread (mayonnaise side up), layer the roasted turkey breast.

Top the turkey with lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the second slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down.

Layer the crispy bacon strips on top of the second slice of bread.

Add the third slice of bread, mayonnaise side up.

Secure the sandwich with four toothpicks inserted through all layers, one in each quadrant.
