Ingredients
- Sirloin steak (or other tender cut)1 lb
- Green bell pepper1 large
- Yellow onion1 medium
- White American cheese slices6-8 slices
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cut the steak into small, bite-sized pieces. Chop the green bell pepper and yellow onion.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

Add the chopped bell pepper and onion to the same skillet. Cook until softened and slightly tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine.

Lay the cheese slices over the steak and vegetable mixture. Cover the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
