  • Swiss cheese2 slices
  • Sauerkraut1/4 cup
  • Russian dressing2 tbsp
  • Butter1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    Spread Russian dressing on the inside of both slices of rye bread.

    Layer the corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on one slice of bread.

    Top with the other slice of bread, dressing-side down.

    Grill in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
