Ingredients

  • Corned beef8 oz, chopped
  • Cream cheese8 oz, softened
  • Swiss cheese1 cup, shredded
  • Sauerkraut1 cup, drained and chopped
  • Russian dressing1/2 cup
  • Rye breadfor serving
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a bowl, combine chopped corned beef, softened cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, drained sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
