Ingredients
- Ripe tomatoes3 medium
- Cucumber1 medium
- Red onion1/2 medium
- Kalamata olives3/4 cup, pitted
- Feta cheese150g, crumbled
- Extra virgin olive oil3 tbsp
- Red wine vinegar1 tbsp
- Dried oregano1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion into small, uniform pieces. Combine in a medium bowl.

Add the pitted Kalamata olives to the diced vegetables.

In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
