Ingredients
- Large shrimp, peeled and deveined1 lb
- Unsalted butter4 tbsp
- Garlic, minced4 cloves
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Olive oil1 tbsp
Steps

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from skillet.

Add the remaining 2 tbsp of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat.
