- Garlic powder1/2 tsp

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Slice the Italian sausage into 1-inch thick pieces. Slice the bell peppers and onion into 1-inch wide strips.

In a large bowl, toss the sausage, peppers, and onions with olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
