Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken thighs1.5 lbs
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Minced garlic4 cloves
- Chicken broth3/4 cup
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Dried thyme1/2 tsp
- Dried rosemary, crushed1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste

Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Sear chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
