- Soy Sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame Oil1 tbsp
- Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)1 tsp (or to taste)
- Sugar1 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Toasted Sesame Seeds1 tsp
Steps

Wash, peel, and thinly julienne the carrots.

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochugaru, sugar, salt, and pepper.
