- Lime Juice1/4 cup
- Orange Juice2 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Cumin1 tsp
- Cilantro1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt1 tsp
- Black Pepper1/2 tsp
- Vegetable Oil2 tbsp
- Cooked Mexican Rice2 cups
- Pinto Beans1.5 cups, cooked or canned
- Large Flour Tortillas4
- Pico de Gallo1 cup

In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Add the skirt steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).

Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Remove steak from marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain.

Warm the flour tortillas.

To assemble, layer sliced carne asada, Mexican rice, and pinto beans onto each tortilla.
