Ingredients
- Chicken breast, thinly sliced600g
- Peanut butter, smooth4 tbsp
- Suya spice mix3 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Honey or maple syrup1 tbsp
- Broccoli florets1 cup
- Bell pepper, sliced1
- Onion, sliced1/2
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Crushed peanuts2 tbsp
- Cilantro, choppedfor garnish

In a bowl, mix chicken slices with 1 tbsp suya spice, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, remaining 2 tbsp suya spice, soy sauce, honey, and 2 tbsp water to create a sauce. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add sliced onion, bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Pour the prepared peanut sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Toss to coat everything evenly and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
