Ingredients
- Canned Crushed Tomatoes1 can (15 oz)
- Green Pepper1 medium
- Onion1/2 medium
- Eggs6 large
- Olive Oil3 tablespoons
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Red Pepper Flakes (optional garnish)pinch

Finely chop the onion and green pepper.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and pepper and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
