Ingredients
- Canned Sweet Potatoes (or yams)2 (15 oz) cans
- Butter1/4 cup
- Milk1/4 cup
- Brown Sugar1/4 cup
- Cinnamon1/2 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Mini Marshmallows2 cups

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Drain sweet potatoes and place in a bowl. Mash until mostly smooth.

Melt butter and stir in milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.

Spread mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.

Top evenly with mini marshmallows.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
