- bacon4 slices, chopped
- yellow onion1/2 cup, chopped
- white vinegar1/3 cup
- sugar1 tbsp
- water1/4 cup
- fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- saltto taste
- black pepperto taste

Boil potatoes until tender, then slice while warm.
