Ingredients
- Apples (e.g., Fuji, Gala)2 large
- Celery stalks2
- Red seedless grapes1 cup
- Walnuts1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise1/2 cup
- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/8 teaspoon
- Lettuce leaves (for serving)4 large
- Parsley (for garnish)1 tablespoon, chopped

Wash and core the apples. Dice them into 1/2-inch pieces. Place in a large bowl.

Wash and thinly slice the celery. Add to the bowl with the apples.

Wash and halve the grapes. Add them to the bowl.

Toast the walnuts lightly in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Let cool, then roughly chop. Add to the salad.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to combine.

Line four serving plates or bowls with lettuce leaves. Spoon the Waldorf Salad onto the lettuce.
