- Unbaked deep-dish pie crust1 (9-inch)
- Pecans, halved or whole1.5 cups
- Large eggs3
- Granulated sugar0.75 cup
- Light brown sugar, packed0.75 cup
- Butter, melted0.5 cup
- Dark corn syrup1 cup
- Bourbon2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
- Salt0.5 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place deep-dish pie crust on a baking sheet.

Arrange pecans in the bottom of the unbaked pie crust.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, dark corn syrup, bourbon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Pour the filling evenly over the pecans in the pie crust.

Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the filling is mostly set but still has a slight wobble in the center. The crust should be golden brown.
