- Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce2-3
- Adobo sauce1 tbsp
- Lime juice2 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves
- Cumin1 tsp
- Oregano1 tsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp

Finely mince chipotle peppers and mix with adobo sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Slice chicken into strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Slice bell peppers and red onion into strips.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add bell pepper and onion strips to the skillet. Cook until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
