Ingredients
- Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless1.5 lbs
- Honey1/4 cup
- Soy sauce1/4 cup
- Garlic, minced4 cloves
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Cornstarch1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)1 tsp

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to make the sauce.

In a separate bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until lightly coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken, about 2-3 minutes.
