Ingredients
- Chicken wings2 lbs
- Vegetable oilfor frying
- Cayenne pepper-based hot sauce1 cup
- Unsalted butter1/2 cup
- White vinegar1 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepper
- Celery sticksfor serving
- Blue cheese dressingfor serving

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the chicken wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

While wings are frying, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce, white vinegar, and garlic powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
