Ingredients
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Garlic1 clove, minced
- Jarred marinara sauce1.5 cups
- Smoked paprika1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Eggs2-3
- Fresh parsleyfor garnish

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the marinara sauce and stir in the smoked paprika. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to low. Make wells in the sauce and crack eggs into them. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, until eggs are cooked to your liking.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
