Ingredients
- All-purpose flour200g
- Baking powder2 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Eggs2
- Milk240ml
- Vegetable oil or melted butter60ml
- Granulated sugar2 tbsp
- Vanilla extract1 tsp

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil (or melted butter), and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Preheat your waffle iron. Lightly grease if needed.

Pour about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of batter onto the hot waffle iron, depending on its size. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
