Ingredients
- Pork Belly3 lbs
- Brown Sugar1/2 cup
- Paprika1/4 cup
- Garlic Powder2 tbsp
- Onion Powder1 tbsp
- Cayenne Pepper1 tsp
- Salt1 tbsp
- Black Pepper1 tbsp
- Your favorite BBQ Sauce1 cup
- Honey1/4 cup
- Butter2 tbsp
Steps

Preheat your smoker or oven to 275°F (135°C).

Cut the pork belly into 1.5-inch cubes.

In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the rub.

Generously coat the pork belly cubes with the rub.

Place the seasoned pork belly cubes directly on the smoker grates or on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.

Smoke or bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the pork belly is tender and has reached an internal temperature of around 195°F (90°C).

Remove the pork belly from the smoker/oven and place it in a foil pan or heatproof dish.

In a small bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, honey, and butter.

Pour the sauce mixture over the pork belly cubes and gently toss to coat.

Cover the pan tightly with foil.

Return the pan to the smoker/oven for another 30-45 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.
