Ingredients
- Salmon fillet4 (6-ounce) portions
- Cedar planks2 (12-inch)
- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Lemon1, sliced
- Fresh dill1/4 cup, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Soak cedar planks in water for at least 1 hour (or according to manufacturer's instructions).

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).

Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

Place salmon fillets skin-down on the soaked cedar planks. Top with lemon slices and dill.
