In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water (175°F/80°C) using a bamboo whisk (chasen) until frothy and smooth. Ensure no clumps remain.

Assemble the latte: Pour the strawberry puree into the bottom of a serving glass. Add ice cubes.
