- Dark chocolate, melted and cooled150g
- Powdered sugar30g
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)1 tbsp

Prepare the brioche dough as per the classic Maritozzi recipe (Steps 1-5).

Shape, proof, and bake the buns as per the classic Maritozzi recipe (Steps 6-10). Let cool completely.

Melt dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.

Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the cooled melted chocolate into the whipped cream until smooth and combined.
