Ingredients
- Ditalini pasta8 ounces
- Salami, diced4 ounces
- Red bell pepper, diced1/2 cup
- Green bell pepper, diced1/2 cup
- Red onion, finely diced1/4 cup
- Black olives, sliced1/4 cup
- Mozzarella cheese, cubed1/2 cup
- Red wine vinegar1/4 cup
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Dried oregano1 teaspoon
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tablespoons

Cook ditalini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked ditalini pasta, diced salami, diced red bell pepper, diced green bell pepper, diced red onion, sliced black olives, and cubed mozzarella cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
