Ingredients
- Ground chicken500g
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Egg1 large
- Onion, finely chopped1/2 medium
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- Milk2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil, for frying2-3 tbsp

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into small, flattened patties (rissoles), about 1.5-2 cm thick.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Carefully place the rissoles in the hot skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if necessary.

Fry for 4-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
