Prepare the spice rub: In a bowl, combine flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Prepare the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

Dredge the chicken: Dip each chicken piece first into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the spice rub. Ensure an even coating.

Fry the chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large Dutch oven or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
