Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries1 lb
- High-quality dark chocolate10 oz
- Rose water1 tsp
- Ground cardamom1/4 tsp
- Coconut oil1 tsp
- Crushed pistachios (for garnish)2 tbsp

Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.

Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Stir in 1 tsp coconut oil until smooth.

Gently stir in the rose water and ground cardamom. Be careful not to overmix.

Temper the chocolate mixture if desired for best results, or proceed with caution for a slightly softer set.

Dip each strawberry into the spiced chocolate mixture, coating about two-thirds of the way up.

Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle some crushed pistachios over the tops of the strawberries.

Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for about 20-25 minutes.
