- Cooked potatoes (leftovers work well)500g
- Onions1 large
- Vegetable oil or butter3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cook short pasta according to package directions. Drain.

Dice the cooked potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

Finely chop the onion.

Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and sauté until softened and lightly golden, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring, until heated through.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is combined and heated.
