- Truffle oil2-3 tbsp
- Unsalted butter50g
- Heavy cream150ml
- Garlic1 clove
- Parmesan cheese, grated40g
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cook the istarski fuži according to package directions in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

Finely mince the garlic.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the drained fuži to the skillet. Toss to coat. Stir in the truffle oil and grated Parmesan cheese.

Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
