- Prosciutto80g
- Heavy Cream250ml
- Garlic Powder1 tsp
- Olive Oil1 tbsp
- Grated Parmesan Cheese40g
- Fresh Parsley1 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Boil gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain well.

While gnocchi boil, dice the prosciutto.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced prosciutto and cook until slightly crisp.

Pour in heavy cream and add garlic powder. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and toss to coat.
