- Fresh chives, chopped2 tbsp
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Butter75g

Prepare the dough as per the traditional recipe: Mix flour, egg, milk, and salt, knead, and let rest.

For the savory filling: Mix cottage cheese with chopped chives, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Roll out the dough thinly. Spread the savory filling evenly over the dough.

Roll up the dough tightly and cut into slices.

Boil the štrukli slices in salted water for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Melt butter in a pan over low heat. Add a little of the reserved cooking water from the štrukli to emulsify.
