  • Ground beef400 g
  • Onion1 large
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Egg (for wash)1

    Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
