- Frozen chopped spinach10 oz
- Ricotta cheese1 cup
- Feta cheese4 oz
- Egg1 large
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Egg wash (1 egg beaten)1

Thaw puff pastry according to package directions. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook frozen spinach according to package directions and squeeze out excess water. Let cool slightly.

In a bowl, combine cooked spinach, ricotta cheese, crumbled feta cheese, 1 egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Unfold one sheet of puff pastry and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border.

Top with the second sheet of puff pastry. Crimp the edges to seal.

Brush the top with egg wash.

Cut slits in the top pastry to allow steam to escape.
